I’m Vikram Dhembare, Executive Creative Director at Kinnect India. I’m driven by ideas rooted in human truth, work that connects through emotion, empathy, and cultural relevance. To me, creativity isn’t just about making an impact; it’s about making people feel, think, and remember.

With 19 years in advertising from Kinnect, McCann Worldgroup India, TBWA\ India, Contract advertising, Saatchi & Saatchi I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the industry’s finest minds. My work has been recognised at the most respected global, regional, and Indian award shows. In 2024-25, I proudly brought home India’s first Cannes Gold Lion. In 2024, I played a key role in McCann being named Agency of the Year (India) at Spikes Asia and led India’s creative performance at D&AD and The One Show—earning some of the industry's top honours. I was also named among India’s Most Awarded Creatives of 2025 by Campaign Brief Asia.

Over the years, I’ve helped shape communication for leading brands such as Nissan, Datsun, Asian Paints, Mastercard, Complan, Manipal Cigna, Heinz, Tata Capital, Bajaj Electricals, AO Smith, Sintex, Tata Photon, AU Small Finance Bank etc. building ideas that blend creativity with cultural and consumer insight.
